I cant even get 10 acres of permission atm ;;z

it is a pity you are so far away as i would ask one of my other permissions if you could do his land
there's about 300 acres of land some is pasture some is grass fields waiting to be cut
its a strange situation to be in when you have more than you need , i think it would take me 10 years to detect everywhere that i have got now and all i did was ask some of my customers and friends and hey presto they all said yes :D

update on new permission . went today and got a shed load of old maps and had a drive around with the farmer all around the areas, i asked him if he had any problems with Night hawks he said what the hell are they a big bird . i explained to him and he said oh you mean trespassers well he had some two years ago but he has a deterrent in place which he showed me .two eight stone German shepherds in a massive enclosure ,but i said they're no good in there he said at night they aint in there my son they're loose on patrol ,that's why the last trespassers he had didn't stay much more than about 20 minutes :))
