help with id on lead disk please

hi all any ideas as to what this lead disk might be it was 8 inch down in pasture field cheers Falc

It looks like a foreign coin has been pressed into it, probably to mark it as a private weight. The was another one on here with an English coin a week or two ago. ::g

If is was a press copy, would the 3 not be mirrowed then :-/

Thanks Harry. I'm working on a tablet at the moment and was getting giddy trying to turn the bloody image the right way up so that I could see what it was. ::g

The coin is a US 2 cent piece! ::g They were only made between 1864 to 1873.

I'd worked out the theory but was defeated by a combination of the autorotate and apathy! :D
