Hour with F4 on pasture

Postby craghopper » Sat Jun 30, 2012 3:57 pm

Went on N Wales pasture to try new F4 couple of bits not very exciting except the copper item think it's a belt buckle there is a loop on one side, may be a brooch possibly Viccy or 1920/1930s.
The metal ring is non ferrous think it's zinc as it's grey probably off horse tack .

Very nice fancy bit whatever it is.
Its better out of the ground and in your hand for the history or monetary value rather than left in the ground to rot doing nothing for anyone.

Thanks for comments think it's from art noveau period I've checked out the pattern it's similar to Mackintosh designs. Going back next week see if I can find any more matching pieces .
