First few trips with excalibur

Postby COLFISH » Tue Nov 11, 2014 12:54 pm

Hello all,

Having purchased a new excalibur 11 due to not wanting to ruin the XP on the beach this winter with extreme conditions ,driving rain, sand, grit, salt water etc. x; , I have managed a few sessions on the coast in the last week and been fairly impressed :) considering the winter storms have not really started yet. Heres a couple of pics of my finds so far, plenty of lead weights, bullets/musket, a few coins mostly decimal, few bling rings and one silver one gold ring. The gold one is hallmarked chester 1907 weighs 7g and was found just lying on top of the chalk :-O.

Nice find there, If I was looking to buy a good pi machine it would be this one. I have seen the Excalibur 11 in action while on holiday. ::g

Excalibur 11 is not a P.I. machine. But is an excellent choice for beaches.
