I do Troon and Ayr, I got £12 the last time I went to Ayr. Still no gold though

I detect west coast beaches quite a lot and I'm yet to find any gold. I guess we are just not a very bejewelled nation.

Wee village called twechar not far from cumbernauld and Glasgow!
Not that fussed about traveling it ends up a day out anyway!
Im not expecting gold just something with a bit of history!

Twechar is the centre of the universe, I have been there twice (passing through) and used to know a bloke from there,,cant remember his name, he had long hair and worked for the Lecki board, you know him!

Ayr is absolutely great to me. I v found a lot of old coins and a few rings. Last time nice george V. florin and 2 junk rings. You only nead to find right area.
I ll be there tomorrov. It has only one problem. I live sooooooo far from coast.

Hi ' I am coming up to Perthshire in June to a place called dunalistair should be exiting trip don't no if we would be frowned upon but what harm am I doing just looking for buried treasure .
