Northern Ireland Beach Permissions?

Post by Ivanhoe » Fri Dec 25, 2015 11:20 pm

Can anyone here give me any information on how to gain permissions to detect on Northern Ireland beaches? I'm just starting in metal detecting, and while I have permissions to search a number of fields here I'm looking to broaden my horizons a little!
I have a Crown Estate Foreshore Permit, but not sure which, if any, beaches here that it covers, since the Crown Estate maps don't include NI.

Any help and advice would be much appreciated.

In my experience, most councils ANYWHERE don't have a clue!
