More From the Beach

Post by skythepig » Fri Aug 10, 2018 4:39 pm

Got out on the beach last night for a couple of hours with the Nox. I am still amazed how deep it is able to detect the pennies. Both of these were a good 24 ID and were well over 12 inches deep. Must admit I was expecting something better going on the signal and how deep I had to dig.
Apart from the usual there was the 1948 Half penny which has obviously sat there for a long time.
The tides are not right tonight so Weather permitting it's back to a new stubble field.
Keep on swinging :;@

Yes that really is a new £ and looking at the state of some I have found on the beaches so far they will not be around in any decent state in a few years time as they break down really quick in saltwater.
The key ring looks like some sort of harry potter souvenir. :;@

Anyone know what the white thing is with a H on it. Looks like some sort of battery but not sure?

White thing looks like an early ecig atomizer, battery would screw onto it. Back from when they looked like real tabs.
