Hunted 14 times, for about 2:30 hours each hunt.
Only water hunting on beaches, most sand, a couple with rocks.
7 gold rings, one with nice ice, all but one are 18 carat.
10 silver rings, 11 silver earings, one silver chain.
10 stainless or junk
I was quite happy!!

Easy pickings on those continental beaches then! Nice to see decent carat gold though, most of mine has been 9ct this year.

Good collection! I've only just got my hands on an excal, but if I do half as well I'd be really chuffed!

Excal...blue....800....I get the excal and the 800 but what's the blue or is it meaning the sea ??? Cheers

Do you snorkel or detect the low water zone? What would you say is the difference between metal detecting the dry beach and the water?
Less trash like ring pulls? I guess people leaving their trash on the beach but not taking it into the water.
Does it have to be an excalibur or is an Garrett AT Pro also good enough up to 3 metres? What's the main difference between them?
