ID required on this fibula please, largest one I've found.
Found yesterday on a club dig high up in the Cotswolds, was hiding amongst rape stubble.
Deus elipical coil, hot programme 28khz, signal was a bit scratchy.

That's quite a hefty example Bob and in good condition too  Looking in Hattatt's, it appears to be an undecorated Dolphin variant of 1st Century though I was unable to spot an exact match.

MGD Christmas dig near Bicester Em, not far from last year's one where I had a Roman silver Denarii.
