Modern Junk or something old?

Post by Donal1980 » Mon May 20, 2019 6:45 pm

Hi all,

Was out for an hour today along an old railway bridge beside a river in County Down. I was using AT Max Zero dis and got this.

It's very light and with the narrow cuts in it makes me think machine made but thought I would ask here in case it's something older.

Thank you
D

That's a heart stopper but the reverse makes me think that it is fairly modern.

Looks like Victorian or early 20thC ribbon or belt slide to me, perhaps even a slightly squashed scarf ring. ::g
