From the writing I am guessing Asian... possibly Burmese?

Interested to see what the experts make of it :)

Very interesting coin. Can't find a match although many Roman coins had a 3 turret castle reverse as far as I can see. I'll be very interested to see what the forum experts make of it. ::g

It kind of reminds me of a pirate cob, but not sure they would have had a duck on it :-L

Hi
This duck is so similar it might be an avenue to pursue...
Although made of copper? It’s a dead ringer duck wise.

What metal do you think it's made from - silver, lead, aluminium?

It seems like this is a tough one. It could be some sort of home made coin weight or gaming piece perhaps?

All Joking apart, I actually think it`s a nice and very unusual find. Well, I`ve never come across one or seen one before ,or ever seen anyone else produce one up until now, so that in itself to me says its unique if it is a coin . Whether it has any value is anyone's guess, but I`d have been pleased to have found it as its a possibility it`s the only one in the UK, that's if it is a bonafide coin and not something someones made up on a rainy day as a joke ,when bored.

Would anyone say it was moulded and not hammered ?

It could be a seagull, maybe.

I don't think it's a coin. The bird side looks flat whilst the castle side has rounded edges like it was cast that way. The lettering is very crude though a few can be made out. It could be something out of a cornflake box? I'm sure your FLO would love to ID it. ::g :D
