Help me ID this little guy

Please post any finds here that you wish help with identification.

2. Include a ruler or other form of scale that clearly displays the scale in cm or inches. A coin or written dimensions is not acceptable.

Help me ID this little guy

I dug this up on a mixed sand and shingle beach in the south-west UK. It was only a few inches deep. There had been rough and windy weather in the days before.

I used a Garrett Ace 250 on all metal mode at roughly half sensitivity. There is a picture of the target ID it came up as in the pictures below.
