Not sure what the copper alloy bits are, one looks like the stopper from ye olde hot water bottle :-)

The letters don't look right. The edge rim looks too wide and the dots around look more like dots than lines.
I could be wrong.
Tried to compare against some being sold on eBay. Some of them are more obviously reproduction than yours so hard to know which to compare to
The buckle is 1600s

I love finding buckles. I found a nice spur/boot buckle two weeks ago.
