Medieval strap end, purse bar??

I’m not the best at id’ing items so I’m guessing at both.
These were from this mornings session and I wonders if they are a medieval strap end and a purse bar?

Both shallow in the glupe

Gold Roman = 0
Gold ring. = 0
Gold hammered .= 1😀

Difficult to be sure from the photos. Top bit looks a bit small for part of a purse bar, possibly from a buckle? ::g
