I wish! That's normally every six months give or take, I'm not a member of a club so I imagine the recording of my finds isn't a priority compared to club detectorists as I think they get turned around in a month :((

A month? Blimey. My turnaround's about the same as yours but that's no worry as there's no rush as far as I'm concerned.
Essential equipment:
Some sort of electrical gubbins(I'm told it's a Deus). In various colours
Jenkins
Gin.
