Anyone doing deal I'm after a garret pro 2 carrot and digging knife

If you are just starting out and detecting in the UK a digging knife isn't a must have accessory.

That's unless you are detecting in parks or nice lawns.

I have one a Fiskars one with a lifetime warranty. Only a few quid from TK maxx. Use it maybe twice a year.

Please DO NOT BUY FROM EBAY though as there are lots of forgeries around. And then buy a lanyard to avoid loosing it!!

As for a digging knife I think you mean a sharp trowel rather than just a knife? They are essential for clay soil areas and woodland but nor really necessary if you have sandy soil. You can just get any old cheap trowel from a garden centre if you are on a budget or for a bit more this one at the MDF shop is really good for £18
