Ive trawled around internet and cant seem to find any info on a Birmingham maker from 1849.
I found a plain wedding band 9ct Birmingham hallmark date mark of 1849
The makers mark is W.C.S in capitals
Ring was 4 inches down in pasture and showed 45 to 55 with Garrett 300i
Anyone any hand links?
