Over in Broadstone, but a mate and I are thinking of starting out in the New Year. Any advice at all, are you still looking to buddy up? Thought it'd be good to try and put what we've learnt over the years to the test! Both married with kids - late 40s and 50. I can't lie - The Detectorists re-ignited my interest after thinking about getting into detecting for years. Hopefully that's good rather than bad.
I’d love to come and join you & help find permissions. I’m based in Portland and work on a ship down there. Used to belong to the local club years ago but that lapsed because of work.
My transport is based around buses trains or shanksies pony.
Owned a laser Rapier for 16 years & have finally upgraded to a Nox 800.
Won’t be back to or alongside Portland till March 20th/23rd.
Can’t wait to get out and about.
My wife says I’m looking for a “ping” buddy. I tried to explain the noise the equinox makes but try spelling that
