Thanks for all the positive comments on this.. Im not used to so much limelight.. rl; rl;
As promised to Liam, I put a few scenic shots on from my archive..
First one is 4 photos.
The island is only place in the world where a seagrass roof can be seen. Around 17 left now.. This is showing the Largest gable on island - traditionel place to have photo taken. Next- me at work in summer, The inner yard at the museum farm, and last some repair done on an old seagrass roof..

Image
Next on is just a few places, beaches and the two in middel down - way out in the flat lands/marsh..
Image
Third one is some nature scenery from various places..
Image
Fourth one mostly various permissions, and beaches..
Image
Last one is two Church permissions.. Top on can be seen on on some other photos and is from 1250. Down under is one from 1269, A photo showing me and wife.. and one of Lacri reading up on the Runes in Jelling..
Image
For more info you can try google Laesoe or beaches on Laesoe.. Hope to impress a few.. :D
Thanks for reading and looking - Kind Regards - John

Well Money have never made anyone happy..
Like many many other forum members I do this for the joy.. Nice to be able to do a ID from time to time, not everyone have the time or persistence to keep on looking, and to get it right is a good feeling..
As I have said before I personally have many Idols here on forum, And I think everyone and each Know who they are - the icons, so I look up to the many Great people in here..
And what a great forum.. almost every day some new spectacular find on here.. ::g

Thanks John. Re the FINDS that are always appearing, for me I FIND my enjoyment rising as I browse through the posts, I FIND myself smiling a lot more, I FIND time to linger a bit more and really try to make a good post, I FIND life a bit more satisfying when I have helped someone and I FIND it REALLY exciting when I know I am going out tomorrow morning around 11am, that the Deus is all charged up and ready to go, my winter wear is all cleaned and my boots are also cleaned off and are not leaking =)) =)) Research done and I hope to find something tomorrow, but I will be happy anyway, I hope it is not too cold where you are over/down there. I come from Dublin, which was founded by the Vikings 900 years ago, so there may be some Scandinavian blood in me. Several Danish words are similar to the Irish/Gaelic and where I now live in Norfolk on the UK East Coast, there is still Danelaw in existence as part of the Laws, Liam ::g :;@

Well done John on providing us with a wonderful interview. I think we all found your answers very interesting and I really enjoyed the pics of your island and your family. You are a very popular guy on the forum John and I hope you continue to contribute and help for a long time to come. I am from Liam's City of Dublin, and so from one Viking descendant to another .... Well done John and thank you.
