Emergency charger for XP DEUS
Looking for something that holds a good charge and is robust, that you all use as an emergency charger for the XP DEUS, if needed, out in the field or on rallies.

I can strongly recommend a power bank.. charge up faster than the plug in.. I used last time visiting UK.. gives you 2 to 3 charge up..

Re: Emergency charger for XP DEUS
I just use a good quality power bank designed for mobile phones if I was out in the field. If it was a rally though or camping I’d start the engine and use the car charger.
Good luck with whatever you chose

I use a power bank, and have used it while out in the field. I also have a spare coil charging clip which l have along with a couple of leads( detector /phone)
So have it all covered.
Hope this helps

Re: Emergency charger for XP DEUS
Use one of these and just carry on detecting.
After about an hour they can be removed and the battery 100% recharged at home in the normal way.
Happy Hunting.

Re: Emergency charger for XP DEUS
Thanks for the advice chaps. I think I'll go with the power bank. Holds a lot for multiple charges.
Thanks again, Scott T.

Even good for mobilphone, so no excuse for lack of power when the wife calls and says you should come home

Maybe not such a good idea if wifey is trying to call to get you home for 'proper' work!!

As the Germans 'might' say:-

new XP Deus/11in coil: 1 silver sixpence 1 foot down!! most impressive.
