Coin Storage

Post by madproffesor » Mon Oct 08, 2018 10:22 am

Can i ask what sort of coin pockets you have tried for storing your coin finds. I looking for something that i can see both sides of the coin and be able to write what i know about it. There are a few mentioned on the forum but a recommendation would be good. Thanks. ::g

Topic must have dropped off. I use capsules in a tray with a disc with what it is written on. You can get the fold over white card 2" squares with clear polythene which you can either have the staple type or the self adhesive. Some people prefer staple type as you can't open the self adhesive when they are stuck together.

Just avoid the plastic PVC ones as they turn the coins green.

Thanks f8met, very helpful, i like the idea of still getting the coin out so the clear pockets look just right, cheers. ::g
