Great customer service from Nexus

Post by botto » Thu Mar 27, 2014 7:27 am

I thought this customer service from Nexus deserved a mention, I bought a small coil a few weeks ago to go with my new Nexus Mk11. I emailed Nexus yesterday about buying a new lower stem so i could keep one on the spare coil to save fiddling about switching coils in the field. I've just received a reply from Georgi at Nexus detectors saying they will send one FREE of charge and will be posted today ::g

Cheers,
Gav.

Be careful there's been some dodgy stories about gumtree. If it sounds to good to be true it usually is!

Hello all, I have been emailed by the Nexus manufacturer who explained that the MkII on the Gumtree is actually stolen property and not to be purchased as at a later it will be recovered by the police and the buyer may not receive their money back.

Cheers all

Hi,
I recently received the new MKII
Barely one week after ordering, he was back home in France

delivery, no problem, very nice packaging
receive a new detector, is a little christmas, lol

Before ordering, I asked many questions at Nexus
repeatedly ... (very few report of prospectors on Nexus)

they always replied, even if he was not on
of doing business

To conclude, I am very content with my new machine and Nexus Service ::g
and I would be even more when he has output
some gold coins :D

I want to sell the Nexus Ultima. I buy Nexus mk2 with 1m. That's why I sent Nexus Ultima to the manufacturer's tour. To sell 100% Nexus Ultima. I am max.satisfied manufacturer's willingness.
I'm doing deep search for about 25 years. I had different detectors. No one has disposed of 2-3 liters of coin to 2m deep. The average treasure depth is about 60cm. What was at 30-40 cm are taken out. (Plow) Treasures are mainly coins and bronze times. Bronze time will find every detector, but the coin with the colorless metal discrimination is the best Nexus Ultima.
Search on the web, used Nexus Ultima for sale. To know the price. How much to sell. I did not find one. Are they good, no one sold? I'll think or sell after the show ...
Thank you Nexus for a seriou s approach!
