Help me, warranty assistance BLISSTOOL V6

Good morning guys,
I'm Angelo from Rome, last year I bought a blisstool V6 of which I fell in love, unfortunately I found an audio defect and I sent the instrument March 29, 2018 at the Blisstool factory in Bulgaria for warranty repair. Since then I have not seen the instrument. Could someone help me get my V6? I do not know what to do, Ahmed does not answer ....

I am not sure what we can do to help
We have no attachment to Blisstool
I know there used to be a dealer here in the UK but i am not sure if he still does it
You could try searching for him as at least he will have a direct line to Blisstool and may be able to find out what is going on for you

As far as I know the UK dealer stopped I believe due to health reasons and woz very helpfull trying to push the brand ...now I think it's Ahmed and that is it..mate sent control box back on a v4 a while back with no issues....do firms shut down in that country for holiday....hopefully just that.... all i can say is keep emailing and phoning ::g

Blisstool do have a facebook page if you have that
Last updated end of April though so not very active

I tried to contact them in all the ways described on the forum blisstool, Ahmed responded only with messenger, saying he apologized, without giving me other explanations. It has been weeks since it has stopped responding. I also offered him the money for shipping. :-L

We just replied once again to the client by email.

We will send its repaired detector back as soon as possible. The delay is
entirely on our side, but there are no reasons to worry.

hope it works as it should. It's not a very good advertisement for Blisstool. Up to a month, six weeks at a push, as it's being sent abroad I think would be a reasonable turnaround, but at least you got it back. ::g

I did see this issue aired on the Blisstool UK forum and obviously, it is most unsatisfactory. Darryn, the UK dealer had to give up due to severe health issues and Ahmed did not get/find anyone to replace him. This meant that any detectors with problems had to be sent back to Bulgaria which doesn't seem to have turned out to be a practical way of sorting things out as 'Angelo' experienced. Currently, Ahmed, who made the Blisstool detectors, has turned his attention to making an electric "hypercar" called the Alieno Arcanum. Ahmed is named on the 'Alieno' website as the 'Chief Constructor' of the car. I don't know if any of these cars have actually been made yet or whether they are still at the computer simulation stage but anyone pre- ordering one will, if my understanding of what I have read is correct, have to pay 750,000 EUR for the cheapest 'base model' and then wait 18-30 months for it to be physically constructed. Maybe, the Blisstool is taking a bit of a back seat, so to speak, if Ahmed's enthusiasm and attention is now on another project. Blisstool users here will be disappointed if this is the case because we were all hoping that refinements would be made to the detector which would make it easier to use, particularly for new purchasers since they are the ones who so often encounter numerous problems regarding the setting up of the machine. Personally, I don't think any refinements or improvements will be forthcoming at this late stage of the detector's life though I would be happy to be proved wrong.
