Impressive Coil

Post by adespin » Mon Nov 19, 2018 6:14 pm

I just watched a Russian guy on youtube demonstrating a Mars Goliath coil on the Fisher F4, i didn't understand a word that he said but the results were very impressive. Could i expect the same results with the Mars Tiger on my F4 and F75.

15" is too big for most fields in my opinion

Bigger coils are only deeper on bigger aftifacts and normally I am looking for artifacts smaller than a pre decimal penny.

The bigger the coil the more the iron masking becomes a problem

they weigh more

pinpointing is worse. Leading to bigger holes dug.

There only so many alloy cans at a meter depth yo can dig out in a day.

cut half and quarters there is negligable difference in depth between a 6" and 10" coil
