battery charge Equinox

Post by Sweep 88 » Fri Aug 10, 2018 1:44 pm

Would you let the battery run almost flat on the Equinox before charging [ie one bar] or would you keep it topped up before going on a session. Just wondering does the battery have a memory and needs to be run flat before being charged. :-/

Sorry I have no idea. I generally just top up after each session regardless of how long it was. ::g

I have enough problems with me running out of power these days without being concerned that the machine might do so too. :D

You should NEVER run a lithium polymer cell flat, plenty of info on the web about it. I doubt the Equinox will allow it, anyway, it will have protection circuitry that ( along with other things) shuts off power once the cell is discharged below a certain voltage.
