Found a weird one

Post by Oxgirl36 » Fri Nov 08, 2019 7:26 pm

New, ploughed field today and I can see straight away that’s its going to have a distracting amount of fossils. It’s muddy on there right now though, which is hard work. Not surprisingly metal finds were very few on the ground.

Did find this lovely fossil though. It still has bits of shell on it that have a lovely pink hue. No idea what it is except it’s a water animal. Any thoughts?

That’s like the one I found a few weeks ago.....

I thought you painted that on rusty metal like garden gates and such.
