Post by Rivers rat » Mon Jul 30, 2018 11:48 am

Hello I am DYIng a goldbug on a T2 handle I managed to get the handle BNIB but didn't come with any screws or bolt does anyone knows the reference of those I believe it needs 3 on the handle and 3 on the part screwed on the stem.

You're lucky, Regis, I have mine in bits at the moment.

The 3 handle fixings:
Bolts are #6-32 thread, length 11mm (probably 7/16th inch), standard pozi head
Nuts are #6-32, obviously, and seem large, measuring 7.8mm A/F
No washers, and threadlocked.

The 2 shaft fixings:
Bolts are #6-32, length 22mm (probably 7/8th inch), with pozi head, black finish.
Nuts are the same as above, black finish.
No washers, and threadlocked

A good substitute metric bolt/nut would be 3.5mm if you can find them, but 3mm would be OK. The problem you're likely to have is: metric nuts are small, and won't locate in the hexagonal handle holes properly. M3 nuts are 5.5mm A/F, M3.5 ones are 6mm A/F.

Your handle does look like mine ....
BUT ... Tek/Fisher did change the design at some point in the past 10 years, so the absolutely enormous holes in the metal shaft were a bit smaller. So they may have changed the bolt/nut as well as the handle moulding.
