Hi everyone,
Just joined today. I have been going through all the info and posts on the site for a few days, and decided to sign up.
I have bought a Garrett 300i and general accessories.
There are a couple of beaches within an hours drive of me that I know other detectorists use, and i have been asking around, friends and colleagues, about getting permission to detect and have 2 sites I can visit.
I have not been able to get out yet but I am planning to go tomorrow, I just hope I can remember all I have picked up from posts and info on here!
Regards
Drew

Hi, That sounds good beaches plus land available what a way to start....Don`t worry about remembering everything bit by bit you will pick things up as you go along. If you can go 2/3 times a week you will soon get into it. Good luck.....
