Super news, now we need a MDF tent of some kind, perhaps a small marquee that could be set up so that the MDF members can come and meet up with the MDF username badges on show ::g
If anyone has such a big tent or small marquee, then that would be helpful!
We can then arrange for the installation of the bar, jacuzzi tub, Bistro, gym, my sleeping quarters, another bar ... =)) Liam OooO

GYM? Are you quite mad, Liam? x;

Aside from that, a quite superb idea. We can call it The Gin Palace.

I'll bring 2 X Folding 6 foot tables and some camping chairs. Chairs are usually in short supply, so perhaps it would be useful if others could bring a spare ?

No point in skimping think 'Glamping'. (I believe 'thefiggis' has arranged for 'his man' to bring the four branch candelabrum and several pairs of grape scissors). It'll be a memorable bash! ::g ss47

I'll be bringing one of these -

and a couple of tables, large gas flat top griddle, etc. - I like to camp in comfort and there's room in the car, so what not, even if it isn't used. The gazebo thingy, based on previous experience, comfortably seats up to 10 drunken souls, so may be of some use.

Right we’re working out a meet up or summat for forum members and will put something up next week. In the meantime look out for an email that will be sent you on Friday 14th from the organisers. It’ll tell you all you need to know on directions, etc.

When you arrive you’ll need tell them you booking reference number and FID/ NCMD card number (or bring your card). Just a heads up to go hunting for these details!
