Good morning,
I would go for the Euroace over the 250 as the larger DD is definately worth the extra outlay (if applicable). I have never owned a 250 but started with the 150 (which I still have) and it was a big improvement. Both 250 and Euroace can be found for about the same price used and the Euroace also works on a slightly higher frequency which definately makes a difference with tiny pieces of metal like bullet heads etc. Good luck and HH \:D/

new XP Deus/11in coil: 1 silver sixpence 1 foot down!! most impressive.

Brummieade.
Spend the little extra and go with the Euro ace. Slightly higher frequency and better DD coil for depth and coverage..Speak with Nigel at Regtons, great bloke with excellent advice and will put you right ::g

if you can afford the euroace go for it.

I have the 250 and its great for the money, but putting a DD coil on it has made it a much better machine in my opinion. I got my coil cheap 2nd hand off ebay, my finds rate has shot up.

the DD coil and faster frequency is probably worth the extra money on the euro, but dont forget to get a propointer as well, you wont regret it

hi, have experience of both and euro is better,
both machines are much better with nel tornado 13inch.
Great starter machine, my dad started with 250 then upgraded to euro, 3 years later he still kicks our butts with our deus, mxt, goldmax .

I bought the 250 which was ok but wanted it to be better so I have added the Nel Tornado coil to it which is very good, total cost is similar to the Euro Ace.

I have had both, and both are good detectors. The euro ace has a larger display and the 250 has notch discrimination. It is personal choice ::g
