Wireless headphones

Post by Southcoastsoftee » Sun Jan 20, 2019 8:45 pm

Evening all, has anyone any suggestions for a cheap wireless set of headphones suitable for my xp adx 250? I’ve just about had enough of the wire. But xp wireless headphones are big money, does anyone know if a cheap alternative exists?? Thanks.

I suppose it depends on what you class as "cheap". you can buy a Quest set for £89.95 and I have a set very similar and I`ve had these around 5 yrs or longer even and their still going strong .

Thanks Bors, I’ll check em out. I had wondered if cheap hifi headphones would do the trick??

personally I would steer clear of Hi fi Audio stuff for Metal detectors. The wireless stuff tends to get a "delay" in signal transference . Most dedicated Metal detecting Audio stuff has the correct Audio tech stuff for the job. I`ve even tried my detecting headphones on my Hi Fi and its terrible sounds ,and So often vice versa. I would Stick to dedicated detecting Audio .
