Will be interested to know battery life as I think that is one of the biggest issues on a days dig. The gopro seems to be 2.5 hours.

Looking into getting a camera.

I only start mine recording when i get a tone and stop it after the dig, no wasted footage/time and no forwarding thru hours of footage ;)

I would be looking to do the same. I can't gauge if it would last 1 day. I guess it depends on how many signals you dig and record.

Yeh - can always recharge them during a break or even take a spare battery ... or camera even, the cam i use i remember a post on an FPV forum a guy had it recharging as it was recording - probably from the Quadcopters battery so may be a few ways to extend the battery time, even solar should be possible.

Impressive. I want to get a waterproof cam for holiday. Where did you buy it from Morley?

I bought a go pro basic model and use the slotted rear window for sound and solid for wet use when sound isn't required, also bought a cheap copy that has wifi connectivity so I can see what im pointing at via my phone when the camera is mounted.

Picture quality is very good and for the price id have to brake 5 of them to equate to one go pro of the same spec

Looks a great camera but I don't think I would risk using it under water after this reviewer' s experience. He also queries the poor customer/after sales service. Here is the link:-
