Waterproof headphones on the AT Pro

Post by Daren » Tue Jan 23, 2018 10:59 am

Hi All

I have the standard headphones on my Pro at the moment and I like them. I do intend on venturing out in to the water so I am thinking of purchasing the Garrett Waterproof set. Could I have some feedback from users please? How do they fair in terms of comfort and audio quality against the stock set?

Many thanks in advance.

I believe they are the same as the Garrett seahunters. Going by them I had to put some more foam in them they were silly lould. Can you alter the volume on your detector ? Or foam would b the way forward ::g They remind me of work ear defenders

Hi
What sort of depth were you thinking of going down to with the headphones on.
Also are you going to be using them for diving ,snorkeling in UK seas or rivers,or overseas ,which will be different temperatures?
Also altitude diving makes a huge difference,for example cave diving in south america which some cave lakes are way above sea level.
Be sure to double check your decompression times. 98;

Not deep!! Most likely no more than waist deep, it's just that knowing my luck I'd take a tumble wearing the non waterproof ones and ruin them.
