Post by markus » Thu May 17, 2018 8:04 am

Hi there I’m just trying to get in to detectors ,I will be spending most of the time on the coast ,
And being a diver I would like to check out the shallow areas around the beaches ie surf line ,but may do a little bit of dry land as well would the Garrett sea hunter 11 do both , or could someone please advise a suitable machine. Regards markus

The sea hunter would b ok for diving as long as seals etc are ok ....beach wise ....wet/ dry sand fine.....they have a very limited disc from memory so for say field wise ud be digging just about everything ..I did find the headphone s very lould though for beach use and had to put extra foam in them, but for diving with neoprene on prob ok ... ::g
