when you pull out the pcb the on/off switch gets busted... dont do it . you need to take off the old one and replace it..you will need a solder sucker and a small iron .plenty on utube about replacing the on/off switch

And if the bleeper gives up the ghost out of warranty ... dont worry it will work just fine on vibrate only...

Push down the switch as you remove the PCB board. I did this on my first one but the switch fell apart. I rebuilt it but it is a little temperamental but still works. You can buy them new from Regtons.

No it doesn't. We've been through all this on Dankowski's forum. You took it to pieces without beforehand finding out how to do it correctly. People have been taking them apart for ten years now, there's no shortage of forum discussion about it, plenty of Youtube instructional videos etc.

Just turn the switch on first. Then it just has clearance to be removed/re-fitted.
