Had my machine a few weeks now bought second hand from a large dealer with 1 year warranty.
First outing was delighted with its performance (found my first hammered coin) but after about an hour the threshold noise faded and everything seemed to freeze up, switched off and on this seemed to fix the problem .Second trip no problems but in the last trip out yesterday the machine seemed to stop reacting to everything and froze again about 3 times in 3 hours ,this was sorted by keying any random button .
The question is does this happen to anyone else ?was it user error i had an xterra705 before with no issues ? and finally should i send it back before it gets worse ? it is like i said at the moment easy to fix .
I know the company i bought it from have brilliant after sales reputation so no worries there.I will give them a ring tommorrow for a chat but would welcome any other views .

Don't go spending any of our own money to get it fixed
I'm outside Old Trafford and there's a guy burning small effigies of Rooney and selling them to fans. Oh, hang on. It's a baked potato stand.
