Hi all
anyone been using there blisstool recently,i have one here at home with the 3 coils bought secondhand but not used by previous owner at all.
i have used it quite a lot when first purchased but my heart sank big time when i was out with our local club and next to a fellow member in one field i was disheartened to find that a hammy nearly on the surface i could not detect a signal at all from my detector even with the discrimination turned off,i have found plenty of targets deep i was amazed at finding a button at 16-inches .
anyone have any thoughts to inspire me to raise the blisstool from its hiding place and use it again

If your battery swells and fails, it will not charge.
If it can not charge to a full charge, it will not operate properly. It may appear to function but, will not detect any small object.

What charger do you have for your battery, does it have 2 or 3 LED lights? When you attempt to charge, how many lights appear, flash fast or slow?

My first suspect would be the battery.
