No ones going to reveal the whereabouts of a diggable tip on a open forum, the zoo carpark was on a Victorian tip and a very early tip was found when they put the bypass in, I dug one in West Brom in the 1970s but the council banned it, you'll have to do some leg work, let me know if you find anything [88/] there's a bottle found in that area worth £10,000.

To make sure I wasn't exaggerating the price of the bottle in my previous post I just went and checked on line if any had been sold recently I was out a bit on the price. one sold 2 months ago for £33,000.

That`s just brought back some happy childhood memories from the 70`s. Went to the zoo a few times when i lived in Kiddy and then Salop. Car park has just come vividly into my mind. Remember sitting on the Cannon at the top. Sometimes the Cinema in Dudley afterwards.
Cheers, [81/]

The zoo was a school trip for us wonderful days, the tip in Kiddy was by the carpet factory the one behind where Sainsbury's is now.

As above, bottle diggers will not disclose their dump sites. In some occasions I’ve heard of diggers paying land owners for exclusive access and we are not talking small sums of money. I’ve sussed out a couple of areas where YouTubers post videos near me. I did loads of collecting in the late 70’s and this was the best flagon I found.

Good luck.

Zack
