Help on I.D

Help on I.D/Date please
Found on stubble field yesterday. Looks like part of a ring but unsure. Has a flat top with 2 circle patterns on it.
Found using Minelab pro and Garret pro AT pin pointer.

Finger ring bezel & looks early, favouring Roman.

Has the area got form?

Many years ago the field has produced a few roman coins and other artifacts by a different metal detectorist.
Have had hammered coins of it too.

Has got some letters at the top of outer circle but can't read it as worn.

You could try shining a light source from a low angle across the top of the ring, might help to make any lettering a bit clearer.

Also, if you can take some clearer photos I can have a play about with them in Photoshop and try to reveal what the letters are.
