Beat me to it ;-)

Changes are
1) Hot Rock adjustment range has been increased from -30 to 30 for searching for meteorites,
2) Modification of the loading process to make it more readable for the user
3) Versa shouldn't turn on when plugged in to charge (did occasionally)
4) Automatic shutdown of the detector in case of accidental activation

What is the "modification of loading"?

So uploaded the new software and couldn't see any specific changes on the loading screen, so checked with Rutus...

It would appear that this is a case of 'lost in translation' on their website explanation of the changes... what they said was

"When battery is almost drained and you will plug charging cable you will see movement of the strip inside battery icon, before there wasn't this movement and people often thought than it's not charging. And, When detector turn off due to empty battery there is also battery icon on the screen not only sound"

So minor screen changes but not when initially loading.

I have been testing the expanded Hot Rock adjustment on NC 4.72. The ability to increase it above +10 has noticeably improved the unit's performance on deeper targets in Mineralized ground. This includes the smaller DD 24 coil's ability to cleanly hit deep targets that were undetectable at a setting of +10. Not really seeing a big difference in Mild soil, but in my Mineralized soil the improvement is very noticeable.
I dug a small low conductor button yesterday at 8" on a red dirt mineralized site with the small coil @ 20 Sensitivity. Very impressive.
