I started by chipping the concreted grime off by tapping with the flat side of a hammer, then it's an assortment of rifling files, wire brushes, steel wool and metal polishes.

Maybe, this might help you??......

With a lot of the bits I get from the beach and there has been a lot of ordnance I use on the bits I feel that have no great importance Harpic X10. Magic at pulling all the crud away just need to keep checking.......Any problems yours not mine! [49/] ....... [81/]

Good job on cleaning the Fuze it does take some elbow grease .. This fuze I got off the shipwreck the Basil which was on her way to France before she sank full off munitions , This one I made safe and cut in half so you can see how much work goes into makig the fuze
