silver gilt hat hook

A incomplete hat-hook where for some reason the owner drilled out the hook, found 29/3/2025 probably the hook broke and it was going to be used for something else. Annoyingly another treasure item and for us elders ones has to wonder if we need another form for next of kin lol. Still nice to have found and enjoy. Rod Blunt identified it at UKDFD 58547 and Brian Read, Hooked clasps & eyes no 725.
