I'm not a technical geek, but I wonder how long before someone invents a phone app that turns your mobile into a Deus control box? Food for thought maybe....

You can't. People are just confused. The 'Lite' version is detector+headphones. If you CAN buy detector +control box somewhere its a special deal, but it's still not the 'Lite' version.

Of course you can always buy the control box afterwards, but it makes it a lot more money.

The official 'Lite' package is headphones and the detector like I said (as they say you can always upgrade by buying the control box later). Sure you can buy 'bits' directly from XP, or from shops, but it's not like you'll get it any cheaper.

Show me a link where it's called the 'Lite' package with the control box and detector, with no headphones. Good luck.

I know nothing about the deus, but if they work on an audio fequency of 2.4 ghz then most cordless headphones also work on this frequency. If it is just a matter of sending an audio signal from a phone say, you could plug the headphone transmitter in your phone once you havrethe audio code sent to you and the phone and transmiter would then beam they audio code to your headset, would it not. They sold some cheap cordless headphones on the big river in south America site and they were mentioned on this site. Last time i looked they were out of stock.

I think there are 2 types of remote headphones. bluetooth and 2.4 ghz. I thought the path you was going down was that was there some way of talking to the deus headset without the control box and sending a more advanced programe to the headphones. I do not know how you upgrade the software on the deus, but if it done by a signal from the computer say, you could plug in a transmitter and then send the software code to the headphones. Be it bluetooth or 2.4 ghz

The XP deus "Lite" is the coil and headphones thats it! But if you just buy the headphones or just the control box then your just buying half the detector! You can only have the best out of the XP Deus if you have the whole package simple!!

a deus plus control is for sale from france as a package although as already stated your the purchaser so you can buy what you want
interesting if you can get another pair of headphones to marry up WOW as some guys just dont find them comfy
