Post by Badger1935 » Fri Jul 13, 2018 10:07 pm

I found this coin a short while ago on some pasture before the heatwave.I just thought it might be of interest as it is such a unusual coin to find in my area Teesside.It just makes me wonder how it got there.and in such great condition.

And in a condition that is suspicious? Not you Badger I hasten to add, but the coin! It looks debased - a replica?

I’m not an expert so I’m only going from what I’ve learnt since starting this hobby. It just doesn’t look right.

I apologise (in advance) if I’ve create doubt unnecessarily x;
