The Landowner has given me the permission!
It's about 100 acres surrounding a Manor farmhouse dating to the 1400's, with a likely settlement before then.
The landowner has an old map of the land that he is going to dig out to help me plan where to start.
It's 15mins from home, and I'm really looking forward to spending some time hunting!

Walk that line, torn apart
spend your whole life trying.
Ride that train, free your heart,
it's midnight up in Harlem.

I've been out on the beach with it 3 times, getting to grips with the functions etc. Very impressed with its sensitivity.
Will be good to be using it off of the sand though.
