I'm doing research of the local area (not my permission) and came across this in the lidar. The long strips are ridge and furrow but it also looks like a square enclosure and ditches on the right too.
Would you expect these big ditches to be anything other than ridges and field boundaries making them tightly then? The old OS maps show them as single fields as they are now, not split up.
