Metal Detecting

Im a Newby in West Cumbria trying to get to grips with my equinox 800, I've had it since September and I love it. Ive only ever detected on beaches though as I have no permissions. I am Looking for a chance to get out among our many fields any help or advice greatly appreciated

Pat, there are several great places near you.

I know that there are quite a few detectorists over there so stick with it when looking for permissions.
When you do get one, it may be a great thing and reap some great finds
