First trip with double score

Finally the fields were hard enough for a first try out of a double score which I won recently in an online comp.
The field we tried was new to us and turned out quite trashy. Moo tubes, foil and all sorts of aluminium scraps. But a very easy machine to use and most importantly my wife really enjoyed the machine.
Solid built and easily adjustable, the screen seems well laid out and easy to read.
The signals were clear in the main and was quite easy the wiggle the coil to centre the target.
All in all a good first impression so can’t wait to see how she goes with it.

Well we have had several outings with the double score so that my wife could get used to it. My usual machine is a nox 800 which I am learning to understand its language, so tgis seems very chatty and not as discriminating in its signals.
However, my wife loves it. Its simple, feels lightweight to swing and folds down very compact
We have dug out most signals and are getting used to the numbers and tones.

Having done some testing in the garden, its separation of targets is quite impressive for the money. I think we will both learn to love the machine but i am yearning for my nox, next time out eh.
