Extreme Long Shot!

Post by LuckyB »

I’m guessing this tiny one is beyond identification but I can always hope! I’m sure it is hammered as it is very thin and slightly irregular in shape, so it is being counted as one even though I may never identify it. [88/] It appears to be blank on both sides, weighs 0.49grams but obviously must have weighed more when minted, diameter varies between 13.7 and 14.1 mm, so averages out at 13.9mm.

Found with the Manticore on some stubble 3” down, came in at 25 as a vertical smudge on and below the centre line, tight spot on the centre line once it was out. ATG, Sensitivity 25, Recovery 5, Ferrous limits upper 7 lower off, All Metal on, Audio Theme Enhanced and Medium Profile, Stabiliser 1, Stabiliser Filter Off.

Any sensible suggestions gratefully received [81/]
Thanks for looking

Thanks but too small and light for a 3d, even an extremely worn one! [88/]
I had thought about early milled but it just seemed too small and irregular for that.
