Dazz LOL Problem is the explosives is still inside, bad workmanship caused the detonator to fall off when launched as there was loads of Unwilling forced workers in the factories. But the explosives are crystallized by now making it very unstable and a danger to you and the family so rather let the Old Bill have it for disposal the slightest bump can set it off.
I know about these things lol In the Army days I used to defuse similar thingies.
So next time do not move it if you find it, Flag it and call the Old Bill.
I am just glad it did not go off, yet.

Crystallized Explosives are very unstable, some becomes dormant others not. However such an explosion in your house will sort of level the neighborhood do not be fooled by the size..

Nice selection of finds for the day, Dazza, however, with that little piece of ordnance it conjures up a little cartoon in my mind. It shows you standing in a field far, far away. Your face is blackened and your T2 coil has been blasted to tiny fragments. That's what comes of having a detector that finds everything. Leave some for the rest of us m8.... please...

Ughm if it had gone off you would be finding little pieces everywhere but good move the sandbags.... I just hope it is safe.
